Question: How do you contact us about our coin sets and other collectible currency?
Answer: There are three ways to contact us. At our store, crazy4coins.com; through email at crazy4coins@ntin.net; and you may also FAX us at (940) 964-2720.
Question: Where are we located?
Answer: We are located in North Central Texas approximately 20 miles south of the Oklahoma border.
Question: How do we determine price?
Answer: Two ways. One of our guides is the current market value, but we also price according to what we purchased the item for.
Question: What are your payment options?
Answer: We accept PayPal only.
Question: How quickly do we ship out product?
Answer: The size of our inventory will not permit us to hold everything in one location, requiring us to travel sometimes to put orders together. We do however guarantee your product will be shipped within five (5) business days of receiving your order.
Question: What is our return policy?
Answer: Any item can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order if the protective package has not been tampered with. Items opened or partial returns are not permitted and the buyer must cover the cost of return shipping and insurance.
Question: Do we buy coin sets and other collectible currency?
Answer: We have been known to buy coins and currency, guns and watches on occasion, but you must provide us with a detailed list of exactly what you want to sell. This list must be forwarded to our email at crazy4coins@ntin.net or can be FAXed to (940) 964-2720.
